Rooms other than these, are also available for $100 per day for small group meetings (boards, clubs, committees, etc. up to 10 people).
Any necessary after-event cleaning will be charged at $75.00. Small groups may choose a self-cleaning option, upon approval. If beer and wine are sold (including by donation), the Building User is required to show a license to sell alcohol and evidence of liquor liability insurance coverage in the amount of $1 million for the period of building use.
The Building Steward will be present to open and close the building, to be of general assistance in locating furnishings and equipment, and to assure that the Building Use Guidelines, Security Checklist, and Checklist for Cleaning are understood and followed. The Building Steward is to be on the premises during the entire event if alcohol is served. The Building Steward is not available for chair and table set up or for cleaning. The services of a Building Steward are included in all rates.
The Security Deposit of $250 is required at least 70 days in advance of building use. We require 45 days notice for event cancellation for a full refund. If event is canceled after that time, the security deposit will be held and the balance returned. Music must be turned off by 10 p.m. and people out of building by 11:00 p.m. unless prior arrangements have been made.
